Shipping & Returns


Pineapple Factory offers shipping to Germany and the rest of the world with DHL Standard. Estimated shipping times are in addition to processing times. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during sales and holiday periods. If you would like to have a shipment DHL Express Delivery this will cost extra, inquire using our contact form.

We will provide the client with a DHL Tracking Number, and assist you if you have any questions about the shipping and receiving process. 

All Customs Duties and Taxes shall be paid by the Client in their final shipping destination country. (Charon and Ramirez GbR.) is not responsible nor liable to pay for Customs Duties and Taxes in other Countries outside of the EU.


To return an item, please notify us using our online contact form.

  • All items are Vintage or Used unless otherwise stated. Unworn vintage items which are in their original packaging with all original tags attached may be returned to Pineapple Factory within 14 days of receipt for a refund (subject to the state of item being returned after our inspection in our headquarters). 
  • A 14-day return policy only applies to German and EU residents. Please contact us to get authorization for a return/refund. The refund will be given once the package has arrived at our headquarters and we inspect the claims made by the client. We then have 14 days to give a full refund once we approve each case. 
  • Non-EU residents All Sales Final.
  • Pineapple Factory has only one piece per style, so returns are dealt with on a one-on-one basis.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item in our Headquarters. PayPal refunds may take up to thirty days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations. We are not responsible for Paypal refund regulations.
  • Vintage Shoes cannot be returned.
  • The return of defective or damaged items will only be accepted if the item was defective or damaged upon receipt. Please read Pineapple Factory’s full item description to determine exact conditions based on our 5-star quality control guide.
  • Sale items are subject to our standard return policy. 
  • We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon receipt before removing any attached tags or disposing of any original packaging. Please notify us immediately by email if you receive any item which is defective, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging.
  • Regrettably, customers are expected to bear the costs incurred when returning an item. Pineapple Factory cannot accept responsibility or compensate for such costs.
